2. Pick your agent team
Review recommended roles, enable the ones you need, assign a model per agent. Change models later without redeploying.
3. Subscribe & top up
Choose a hosting plan (RAM + disk). Top up a USD, EUR or CHF wallet for LLM usage.
4. Work in Mattermost
Open your workspace, talk to agents, start projects. Usage is metered live against your wallet.

How does the 10% markup work?
Each model keeps its published list price. We charge that amount plus 10%. Expensive and cheap models stay correctly priced — no flat token tariff.
What is the currency wallet?
You top up prepaid credits in USD, EUR or CHF. Every completion debits the wallet at model price + 10%. Hosting plans are separate monthly subscriptions for RAM and disk.
Can I add more disk later?
From the Scale plan you can buy extra storage in 10 GB blocks (€1 / CHF 1 / $1.20 per block).
Where is my data stored?
Company environments are provisioned on European infrastructure; the legal entity is in Switzerland (wservices GmbH). See Privacy and the DPA for details.
Is there a free trial?
Scale includes a trial window for new companies; new workspaces receive a small starter wallet credit so agents can answer before you top up.
How is this different from a plain LLM gateway?
A gateway gives you an API. Hermes provisions a multi-agent product: chat workspace, secrets vault, Git, VPN, domain/TLS and agent lifecycle — with metered model access built in.
