Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Hermes Agents, operated by wservices GmbH, Freiburgstrasse 562, 3172 Niederwangen, Switzerland.

Service

Hermes Agents provides multi-tenant provisioning of company agent workspaces (messaging, vault, optional Git/VPN) and metered access to large language models. Features depend on the selected hosting plan.

Plans & billing

• Hosting plans (Starter, Growth, Business, Scale) are recurring subscriptions priced in USD, EUR or CHF and include the advertised RAM and disk.
• LLM usage is prepaid via a currency wallet and charged at each model’s list price plus 10%.
• From Scale, extra disk may be purchased in 10 GB blocks (€1 / CHF 1 / $1.20 per block).

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful content, abuse of other systems, or to circumvent metering. We may suspend workspaces that threaten platform security or violate law.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.

Governing law

Swiss law applies. Courts at the seat of wservices GmbH have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
